The protection system

On the WANì 4 we also use the self-inflating airbag with a spring system, one of the few in the world — if not the only one — that can be defined as truly self-inflating.

It guarantees complete inflation even before take-off: proof of this is the fact that there is neither the classic front nor side inflation valve.

The spring’s push on the Lexan sheet draws air through the seams and fills the airbag volume, ensuring the result visible in the attached impact test.
