The Kliff IV continues the proven concept of Kortel’s ultralight mountain harness. Its 3D-moulded geometry delivers a high level of comfort at a very low weight and creates a direct connection between pilot, harness and wing.
The wing connects directly to the harness through the integrated Konnect system – no additional carabiners are required. The openable leg loops make the harness easier to put on, especially when you are wearing skis or crampons.
Compared with the Kliff III, the Kliff IV has been further developed in two key areas:
The closure system has been redesigned and consistently simplified, while a new double-layer fabric reinforces the construction and protects the structural webbing from environmental exposure.

New double-layer fabric
The fourth generation features an advanced construction with a new double-layer fabric. It reinforces the structure and protects the load-bearing webbing from environmental exposure.
Openable leg loops
The Kliff IV is easy to put on even when wearing ski boots or mountaineering boots. The redesigned closure system makes preparation easier in general.
The paraglider risers connect directly to the harness. No additional carabiners are required.
Protection when you want it
The Kliff IV is designed as a minimalist mountain harness. For additional passive protection, the dedicated KIM II mini airbag can be fitted beneath the seat. A reserve can be integrated using the optional Kontainer V5.
