Notification and booking for service and repairs

What do I do?
To keep the time to a minimum tell us here about your glider, reserve, harness etc by using the online form, then send us the item(s) by post, or bring them in to us. If you tell us first we can then plan to deal with your equipment, and you will get an appointment for it.

Packing and posting
It is best to pack your paraglider or reserve in a box. To post this in Switzerland costs around 15 Sfr. (1st class post) — . If you are only sending your paraglider please send us just the glider in its inner bag – we don’t need your rucksack.

We will only start on big and expensive repairs after talking to the customer and providing an estimate.

A check without advance booking takes a week or two, depending on the time of year (and you should add post or delivery time). If you arrange it with us in advance the check will be much quicker.
Of course big repairs could take longer, in which case we will always tell you how long before we start.
