We just learnt a potential quality problem on some rescue handles.
Today, we record only 2 cases, but we prefer to ask to every pilot to check their own rescue handle, following the below procedure.
Test procedure:
– Take the rescue handle in one hand.
– With the second one, pull on each pins separately.
If the rescue handle has the problerm, the pin will slide into the rescue handle body.
After pulling the pins, if they are still at the same lenght, the rescue handle is OK.
If the pins slides inside the body, please contact your local dealer quickly to receive a new one.
