We have taken all available measures to minimize the health risks for our employees and customers. Apart from the service operation, our business activities have practically come to a standstill.
Despite the current situation, we can be reached by phone or e-mail. We are currently able to process orders and ship goods. Due to reduced manpower, waiting times may occasionally occur. We thank you for your understanding.
The continuation of our service operation is guaranteed. Take the opportunity of this forced flight break to subject your equipment to our premium check. You can either deposit it in our drop box in front of the office entrance or send it to us by mail. The same options are also available for the return of your equipment. We are happy to accept your registration via registration form or by phone.
Although we do not know how long this state of emergency will last, one thing is undisputed: This crisis will come to an end. And then it will start again.
