NOVA XENON 3

Born of a winner: Its DNA comes from the XENON 2 – the glider with which Aaron Durogati won the X-Alps 2025. Developed as a pure racing machine under time pressure and specially tuned for the X-Alps. Even back then, it was clear: there was even more potential in it. The NOVA development team knew: there was more to achieve.

The result: the XENON 3

Not a complete re-start, but precisely targeted perfection.

What’s new?

Braking concept: Each size features individually tuned brake geometry. Direct, precise handling, clearly defined brake pressure and immediate feedback for maximum control over the wing, creating confidence in demanding XC conditions and Hike & Fly races.

Wing: Optimisations in the nose area, more precise guidance of the Nitionol rods and improved 3D shaping ensure greater performance in accelerated flight as well as improved inflation behaviour during take-off.

Durability: Deliberately not designed for maximum lightweight construction, but rather for long-term performance. Dominico 2044 (20D) is used on the leading edge – renowned for its high durability and dimensional stability. The profile ribs are made from Porcher Skytex 27 Hard. The upper and lower canopies are made from Dominico 10D.

The result is a glider that retains its handling, performance and structural rigidity even after intensive use in demanding alpine terrain. A glider for ambitious competitors and cross-country pilots who want to achieve big goals efficiently, relaxed and with maximum performance.

Sizes & weight range:
The XENON 3 is available in 4 sizes for a weight range from 60 to 110 kg, with a wing weight of 3.050 kg to 3.800 kg.
